We sometimes hear about those that love cats. Perhaps we even love cats as well, but there are times when it may get to the point where it is an obsession.

One woman who is obsessed with cats is Lynea. In fact, you might even say that she has taken it to the extreme, as she now has more than 1,000 cats living in her home.

Even though she admits she is a crazy cat lady, she can’t help herself when it comes to the felines in her life, according to truly. For as long as she can remember, she has cared about animals and saved as many of them as possible.

Even though she worked hard to save animals, she also knew that there were many animals on the street that still needed her help. That is when she decided to devote her 4200-square-foot home to homeless cats.

According to an interview shared by truly, at this time, more than 1000 cats are living in the home with her. To put it simply, the house is overflowing with felines.

Fortunately, she does have a big property, but it was actually too small for her. Rather than living in the house with the cats, she decided to move into a small area and give the rest of the house to the animals.

That are she chose wasn’t even a bedroom in the house. She parked a small trailer in the yard, and that is now what she calls home. She has the opportunity to get out in nature and still be surrounded by the cats she loves.

She founded a no-cage sanctuary, the Cat House on the Kings, in the state of California 30 years ago. Over the years, it has really helped out cats and it would be impossible to number how many.
