Mike Sobel, a weatherman from Global Edmonton, attempted to do the weather report with a dog named Ripple on set in order to encourage people to adopt from the humane society. Ripple, an energetic bull mastiff mix, wasn’t too interested in hearing the weather, however – he just wanted to play!

Update: Ripple got adopted! After seeing his hilarious antics on the news, Dennis and Susan Paulsen applied to make Ripple part of their family. Ripple will have a big Great dane sister named Zoe to run and play with all day long. I love happy endings!
