Doggie Bags Are Being Spotted All Over This New York Subway
When New York City tried to ban animals from subway trains, it didn’t consider how resourceful a citizenry animal loves in the Big Apple can be.
The city ordinance, detailed in the MTA’s Rules of Conduct, prohibits animals from being taken on the subway unless, they are “enclosed in a container and carried in a manner which would not annoy other passengers.”
Challenge accepted.
Pictures of to-go doggos have been spreading across Twitter faster than a speeding D Train, and unless the law is revised, they may never stop!

New Yorkers have been quite accepting of the rule, and believe it or not, so have many of the dogs. Some more than others, of course, but enough to notice that subway rides are a little furrier these days.
