This Adorably Sulky Doberman Is Side-Eyeing His Parents For Leaving Him Behind

What’s worse than going on a vacation and then coming home to a sulking dog?

Ask Banks’s parents. They definitely know the consequences of not taking their dog with them while they’re off somewhere relaxing and enjoying a 2-night vacay.

I don’t know about you, but whenever I leave the house, even for just a few minutes, my dogs are waiting near the door as soon as I return, their tails wagging happily. This is the same case for whenever I leave for a day or two. Maybe I’m just lucky to have such loving dogs?

It seems like a different story for Banks’s parents though. One viral video from a pet TikTok account, bonnieandbanks, with over 4 million views already, shows Banks’s reaction to his parents when they tried calling him after they went on a vacation.

The account is for both Banks, an adorably handsome Doberman, and Bonnie, a sassy Pembroke Welsh Corgi. Too bad we didn’t get to see Bonnie’s reaction alongside Banks’s though.

In the video, the fur parents are heard coaxing the sulking Banks to look at them. Pleading was their tone at first, but the dad suddenly changed his tone and told Banks in a more commanding tone and said, “Look here. Now.”

The hilarious reaction of the dog caused the fur parents to laugh at just how ridiculous it was. Commenters speculated that maybe Banks was either treated like royalty by his aunt or he was just simply offended that his parents didn’t invite him to join in on their vacation.

The side eye kind of reminds me of that one famous meme of a Shiba Inu dog – yes, the Doge meme. Maybe it’s Banks’s turn to become the next big meme?
