This Pup Doesn’t Need All Four Legs To Make Your Day

Scooter was left at a shelter when he was so tiny, it’s unbelievable that he even survived! He was born without his front legs but that hasn’t stopped him from stealing hearts left and right. Just look at that fighting spirit! Scooter is learning to get around on a cart and even balances on his hind legs with some help. This pup has totally won my heart!
