If there ever was a perfect example of an animal odd couple, Ralphee the kitten and Max the dog would be it.
Ralphee has a condition called feline cerebellar hypoplasia, a neurological disorder that makes her fine motor skills and coordination less developed.
Kittens with this disorder are sometimes lovingly referred to as “wobbly cats” because of the unique way that they move. Luckily, a cat who has cerebellar hypoplasia has the same life expectancy as a cat without cerebellar hypoplasia.
Max the cattle dog is never too far from Ralphie after they bonded when Ralphie was rescued from a horse barn. He serves as her protector, and watches over her wherever she goes.
