Stacey Pierce Dadd first saw Bella at Hope Equine Rescue in Auburndale, Florida when she started volunteering there. Bella had been at the rescue for a year waiting for a forever home. Dadd cared for Bella at the rescue for two years before she decided to adopt her.
After adopting Bella, Dadd wound up moving to Michigan. Since Bella was originally from south Florida, she had never seen snow before, and boy was she in for a real surprise!
When Michigan had their first snowfall, Bella went out into the field to experience it for the first time. Dadd was unsure of how Bella would like it. But it turns out that she didn’t just like it, she adored it!
As soon as she feels the snow under her hooves, she drops down and rolls around in it. She looks like a giant puppy! After rolling around in it, she gets up and starts galloping around. She is in total bliss!
Luckily, Dadd caught the whole encounter on video for all to see. Bella’s reaction is so heartwarming. To think this horse once needed rescuing, and now she is in her forever home with a loving human who cares for her and spoils her is absolutely amazing! And now she is even happier after finally knowing what this magical white fluff is!
