Heartless Person Tried To Wring Kitten Like A Towel, Then Left Her On The Side Of The Road
A two-pound kitten was found lifeless on the side of the road. A good samaritan stopped and rescued the injured kitten from the busy roadside. They called The Arrow Fund in hopes that the rescue could help save the life of the little kitten.
The Arrow Fund staff was outraged when the saw the state of the kitten. After two vets examined the injuries, they both concluded that the kitten had a broken pelvis from being wrung or twisted. Who could do such a cruel act to an innocent kitten?!
The rescue posted, “TWO VETS HAVE SAID IT LOOKS AS IF A WRINGING OR TWISTING ACTION WAS DONE TO KITTEN BEFORE BEING DISCARDED. CAN YOU IMAGINE HOW THIS BABY SUFFERED? ”

The vets immediately started the frail kitten on pain meds and offered her some food. Matilda, as she was later named by the staff, is being treated at Bannon Woods Veterinary Hospital. They are hopeful that with a proper treatment plan, she will improve. Once she is released from the hospital, she will go to live with an experienced foster family.
She is a sweetheart, even after all the pain and suffering she endured. We wish you a speedy recovery, Matilda!
