When A Stray Kitten Was Found Alone On An Airport Ramp, Kind Officer Decides To Adopt Him
Most of the animals who pass through Louisville Muhammad Ali International Airport in Kentucky show up with a ticket, but one gray-and-white kitten decided to bypass the usual travel process.
Fortunately, airport workers discovered the tiny hitchhiker on a terminal ramp before the kitten could get hurt or cause too much mischief. But instead of evicting the kitten, airport workers kindly brought the kitten inside, cleaned him up, and gave him a warm place to sleep for the night.

As it turns out, the stray kitten’s misadventure also gave him the opportunity to charm some of the airport staff! Public Safety Officer Wes England was so endeared by the adorable stowaway that he even decided to bring the kitten home.
England’s wife and two kids quickly fell in love with this tiny traveler, so much so that they’ve already adopted the kitten and decided to call him Boeing, or Bo for short. “A happy ending for everyone!” the airport cheered on Twitter. We couldn’t agree more. Congratulations, Boeing!
Our Ops team rescued this stray kitten on the terminal ramp, cleaned it up and cared for it overnight, and the next day one of our Public Safety Officers adopted him! A happy ending for everyone! #Airport Ops to the rescue! #flylouisville #rescue pic.twitter.com/q6V6NAADLM
