I have a ritual. If I’m feeling down and out, I disconnect from the rest of the world, take my dogs outside, and make it simple. Just tossing the ball and seeing them happily run around is SO therapeutic. Plus, dance music always helps! Keep it simple, I always say. This video accomplishes just that!
