This cute little ball of fluff, also known as Fram, was found wandering alone on a busy road by Howl of a Dog rescue. When the rescuers spotted him, they noticed that Fram seemed to be a bit confused. He was only a few feet away from the roadside and the rescuers were concerned that any sudden movements would cause Fram to run towards the street.
The rescuers decided that the best course of action was to wait the pup out. They made their presence known and waited until they thought Fram would allow them to make their approach. It took about an hour until the 6-month-old pup felt safe enough to allow the rescuers to get near him. Once they were able to lure Fram to the safety of their car, they noticed that he was covered in ticks and fleas. Upon this discovery, the rescuers rushed Fram to the vet. At the vet they discovered that Fram also had demodectic mange, more commonly known as puppy mange. Thankfully, the vet was able to give him the medicine he needed.
Thanks to Howl of a Dog’s efforts, Fram grew to be the happy and healthy puppy that he was destined to be. He was given the freedom to play outside and interact with other dogs. And luckily for Fram, it wasn’t too long after his rescue that he was able to find his forever home. He now lives a nice and happy life in England with a fellow Howl of a Dog rescue named Buzu, and two humans by the names of Adam and Emma.
