Finnegan The Fox Is A Natural Digger That Loves Showing Off His Dens

When you look at various animals throughout the animal kingdom, you see that each of them has a skill that they bring to the table.

Some of those skills are hidden from sight but others become rather obvious.

When it comes to being a fox, one of the skills that you have is digging in the dirt. It may not seem like much on the surface, but those foxes are actually digging the home for their family and they do it out of instinct.

This includes Finnegan Fox, a playful animal that was rescued by Mikayla Raines, who operates Save-A-Fox Rescue.

He absolutely loves digging in the dirt and he appreciates when he has an audience.

There have even been times when Finnegan has attempted to take his human into the den with him. At other times, however, he’s just happy to have a house cat hanging out and watching the show as he digs in the dirt and does what he does best.

Although it seems as if Finnegan is more than happy to burrow underground, not all foxes will be so.

Some of them will live above ground in a hollow but in either case, they are relatively solitary creatures.

They spend most of their time alone but when they mate, the male will continue to support the female by bringing food for the entire family.

For now, it’s just interesting to watch Finnegan and his amazing digging skills.
