“In wine there is wisdom, in beer there is Freedom, in water there is bacteria.”
― Benjamin Franklin
“Don’t trust anybody who’d rather be grammatically correct than have a good time.”
– Tom Robbins
Anyone that has enjoyed a few glasses of spirits with friends knows that, at some point, there will be an educational portion of the evening hosted by one of your compatriots. The alcohol warms up the room temperature in their brain just enough for them to let go and spill all those silly and fun facts they keep locked away. Often, you’ll learn something new, and maybe, if you’re lucky, you’ll see the unveiling of true genius.
Drunk Cosmos is a new series that will highlight that magic combination of inebriation and a persons depth of strange knowledge. This initial offering comes from Mark. He attempts to put to rest the age old debate of who is smarter, cats or dogs?
Armed with graphs about the Encephalization Quotient (does a larger brains equal smarter animal?), details on the amount of neurons each species has, and even a question of whether dogs are TOO domesticated to be smart, he is here to finally answer what has been plaguing all of us, whether we knew it or not!
Take it away Mark!
Make sure to like and subscribe to Drunk Cosmos on YouTube so you can keep up with all of the adventures. Remember, it’s educational!
