Dog Sees A Stick In The Water And Thinks It’s A Snake

There are certain things that most of us would rather not run across when we are out and about. Included in that list is undoubtedly a snake.

It seems as if humans are not alone in feeling this way, as Auggie the dog seems to feel the same way.

It was easy to see the dog’s feelings as he was swimming about in the lake in Wisconsin.

There was a floating stick in the water and Auggie thought it was a snake!

The dog’s human described it in this way: “Auggie was minding his own business during his daily swim at the dog park when suddenly a dangerous danger noodle look-a-like threatened a quick end to his swim.”

In discussing the event, his human also said that he didn’t realize the twig was what it was.

It brought a quick end to his swim for the day, but he continues to be a dog that chases snakes and will not hesitate to dive headfirst into the water.

It’s nice to hear that the dog still enjoys his time at the lake.
