Sweet Dog Joins Baby Brother In His Crib For Snuggles

The relationship that can form between a dog and a child is so special. Someone who knows that all too well is Charlotte, mom to Bruno the dog and Aruthur the baby.

Bruno was born in June 2020, while Aruthur was born in December of that same year.

Given the COVID-19 pandemic at that time and their closeness in age, it’s no surprise that the two spent a lot of time indoors together and developed a close bond.

In an interview with The Dodo, Charlotte explained that Bruno developed a sweet habit of climbing into Arthur’s crib to ask for snuggles and that he asks “every day” to get in Aruthur’s crib.

She said, “They just spend a bit of time in there, and it means that Bruno gets lots of cuddles.” She added that she always ensures Arthur is safe while Bruno is in the crib and she never leaves them alone in there.

Charlotte went on to say that Bruno has been a great guardian for Arthur since he was born. The dog’s natural protective instincts kicked in and he became like Arthur’s second mama, even though he was only a puppy himself.

Now, Bruno and Aruthur are a few years old and their bond is as tight as ever.
