It’s a Birthday! The World’s Oldest Living Cat Turns 26

Corduroy, the world’s oldest living cat, recently celebrated his 26th birthday, reports NY Daily News. The feline’s extraordinary longevity earned him a Guinness World Record. Corduroy’s owners attribute his good health to his free-roaming lifestyle on their Oregon ranch, where he spends his days hunting and getting plenty of exercise. Another factor in the cat’s longevity may lie in his genes. His brother Batman lived to the ripe old age of 19.

Happy Purr-thday!
