You’ll Want To Be Under The Sea After You See This Adorable Guy!

From pigs to puppies, there is no shortage of cute animal videos on the internet. However, the one in this video is so cute, it just might be named for it.

This octopus from the deep-sea genus Opisthoteuthis has been known to scientists since 1990, but they’re just now getting around to naming the underwater resident. With its big cartoonish eyes and fins that resemble flapping ears, this small creature is so adorable that researcher Stephanie Bush has proposed they name it just that. Her suggestion: Opisthoteuthis adorabilis.
