Unfortunately, there are thousands of homeless dogs who wander the streets alone in other countries, starving and freezing. But one kind-hearted woman is doing something amazing for the stray dogs who roam the streets of Greece.

Niki Belissary, who owns Hott Spott Café in Mytilene on the island of Lesbos, opens her shop’s doors so that these stray dogs can come and go as they please to stay warm during the winter instead of freezing overnight on the streets.

The café closes its doors to the public at 3 in the morning, but for the stray dogs, it’s open 24 hours a day! Customers don’t mind one bit, and many even come by with cameras to capture the adorable moment.

A year ago, a picture taken at the coffee shop of four stray dogs sleeping on the sofas went viral. Today, the shop is still welcoming these pups in!
