Adoptable Jupiter Wants to Be the Center of Your Universe

What does a homeless 2-year-old feline have to do to get some attention these days? He’s not the center of the universe, but he knows he’s a pretty big deal, nonetheless. We’re talking about Jupiter, a sweet, easy-going love bug with a great personality and a laid-back cattitude.

Animal Rescue

For a little background, this handsome ginger started off life as a community cat before eventually being befriended by a lovely couple who won his trust and adored him. Feeling the same, he soon learned the luxury of indoor life and definitely prefers that to the alternative of living on the streets. Now in foster care, he is searching for a comfy forever home.

Jupiter loves attention from humans and closes his eyes in bliss when he is scratched under the chin. He likes to be brushed and to have his tummy scratched. If he’s really enjoying it and you stop, he might try to grab your hand or your ankle in the kindest way possible to keep you there. He also enjoys snuggling in bed and will even give you some kisses!

Chonky Cats

This chonky fella came to Southern Arizona Cat Rescue at a whopping 18 pounds. While he’s down to a slimmer 16.7 now, he still needs a bit more time at the gym. Even when he’s at a good weight, he’s going to be a big boy – he’s long with a lion-like head and big bones. He needs a family to commit to continuing his fitness program so he can become his best self and you can appreciate all his magnificence for years to come.

Jupiter gets along with the two cats and two large dogs in his foster home after having proper introductions. He has even tolerated one of the dogs sniffing him and licking his ear.

Jupiter is neutered, current on vaccines, dewormed, microchipped, and tested negative for FIV/FeLV. He’s also house-trained, okay with kids, and has no special needs. If this amazing boy could be the purrfect addition to your family, please fill out an adoption application with SACatRescue.
