Rupunzal arrived at Dogtoli Dogs Rescue as a puppy and has spent the past seven year patiently waiting for someone to choose her.
When she first arrived the staff thought the adorable puppy would quickly be adopted, but no one inquired about her. Seven years later, she’s still waiting…
She has spent her entire life in a shelter and deserves a loving family of her own. Rupunzal has been featured on the shelters Facebook countless times but they recently wrote, “IMPOSSIBLE MISSION! Broward County Florida a SUPER DIVA DOG waiting her whole life for just one phone call of someone wanting to give her a foster or forever home … Going on 7 yrs of searching !!!”
Rupunzal is 7-years-old and has impeccable manners. She is house trained, knows basic commands, doesn’t beg, and doesn’t get on furniture unless invited. Her favorite pastimes are playing fetch, going for walks, and cuddling. While she does need to be the only pet in a home, she guarantees to love you unconditionally.
The ideal home for the energetic and playful pup would be one with a fenced in backyard with an active family who will exercise her daily.

Michelle Benoit, vice president of Dogtoli Dogs Rescue Inc, told The Dodo, the shelter is looking for “A home that will love her and continue to play with her and allow her to have as many toys and bones in the house that she wants to play with.”
Her best feature is her infectious smile. Even though she has spent her whole life in a shelter, she continues to smile.
Just like other princesses, Rupunzal loves to dress up and pose for pictures. This beautiful girl deserves a loving forever home and her rescuers are not giving up until they find her perfect match. Anyone interested in adopting Rupunzal can contact the rescue at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please share this story to help Rupunzal find her fairy tale ending – a loving family.
